This is an 18-month term position.

The Service Administrator plays an integral role in supporting the daily Service operations of the dealership in an effort to improve customer satisfaction and department efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, booking service appointments, cashing out customers. This position provides a fantastic training ground for candidates seeking to explore a Service Consultant position in the future.

Shift Details: Tuesday - Friday 9:00am-6:00pm Saturday 8:00am- 3:00pm

Essential Skills / Details

• Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Comfortable utilizing computer software to perform everyday activities
• Dealership Parts and/or Service experience is an asset
• Valid 5F drivers license, clear drivers abstract and own transportation to and from work is required
